TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your signed order form and your nonrefundable deposit serves as your consent to allow Bouquets to Stay to preserve your keepsake and to create a presentation using their best judgment and discretion based on your selection. The condition of the flowers before preservation affects the quality of your preserved flowers. Therefore, Bouquets to Stay will not assume liability for any damages to your flowers prior to their arrival at our facility. In most cases, your bouquet or arrangement has probably experienced some wear by the time it is received by Bouquets to Stay. Some flowers may need to be replaced. You will be advised if there will be an added cost of replacement flowers at which you may decline. Your final display decision must be made no later than four weeks following the wedding.

Your keepsake should be completed within 8 to 12 weeks after the order is placed in most cases. Bouquets to Stay reserves the right to delay this time if required. Upon completion of your keepsake, you will receive notification that your keepsake is ready for pickup. Final payment must be received by credit card or cash before Bouquets to Stay will release the completed keepsake. All balances not paid within 4 weeks of final invoice date will be charged an additional $25 storage fee per month until balance is paid. Any checks returned unpaid will be subject to $25 charge.

Bouquets to Stay will not assume responsibility for damage to keepsake after it leaves our facility. If proper care is taken, your flowers should retain their look for years, however no guarantees will be made. In the event your flowers are damaged during the freeze drying process Bouquets to Stay shall replace said flowers but shall not be liable for any additional damages. Bouquets to Stay is not responsible for damages as a result of fire or acts of god. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of California, and venue for any disputes will be in Placer County, California.
